I am originally from Whitewater and have lived here for the 27 years of my existence. My family has been in the school bus business in the Whitewater area for almost 70 years, which I am heavily involved in and have been since I was old enough to legally work. I graduated with a business degree from UW-Whitewater. The three things I value most are honesty, hard work, and helping people. Since I have been old enough to own a home myself I have had an interest in real estate and studying the market. I thought, why not combine these ideas and work hard to help people buy and/or sell their own homes. Since I have made that decision I have met so many great people and learned first hand that a home is such an important part of people lives, that it gives me great satisfaction to help them with the process of buying and selling real estate. I always place myself in the buyers and sellers shoes and treat them the way that I want to be treated in every transaction. In my free time which I enjoy spending time with my wife Michelle who is a great teacher and my Beagle Sox who is a great dog (and also as a second job would make a good Wal-Mart greeter). I have always had an interest in anything with an internal combustion engine, so my hobbies include motorcycling, working on cars, snowmobiling, boating, etc. My passion is creating interesting artwork mostly paintings that tell a story, but I need something to do when I retire so I am looking forward to doing more of that in about 130 years. |

I was born and raised on the north side of Chicago, IL. My family consists of one daughter and two sons, their spouses and one grandson and four granddaughters, and a rescue dog named Leo. My major education has been in Finance and Accounting, at Wright College, and Northeastern University in Chicago. I have spent over 25 years in financial and fund accounting positions at various corporations and private schools. I began my real estate career in IL in 1981 and continued to include WI in 1998. My real estate experience and interest has been and still is: single and multi-family home sales, new construction, commercial and investment properties and vacation and second homes. And I say in all sincerity that I thoroughly enjoy my position as a real estate agent here in Southeastern WI, and I have dedicated myself to assuring my clients that they will have the utmost of both personal and professional attention from me to complete their real estate transaction in a timely and beneficial fashion. So I would be very appreciative and honored to be considered for being your seller of buyer agent for your real estate needs, now or in the near future. |

As a working professional and mom of four living in Whitewater I am very interested in the community and knowledgeable of schools, shopping, local businesses and the uniqueness of each neighborhood. I have lived in the area all of my life. I received my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch College in 2003. Before embarking on a Real Estate career I worked for many years in the corporate world as a Transportation and Human Resource Manager. In 2006 I established a charming and successful Coffee Shoppe in downtown Whitewater. I decided to get into the real estate business because I love meeting people and helping them. For me, real estate is a very personal “people” profession and a very unique service industry. I love getting to know people, finding out what they want and helping them figure out how to get it. As a local business professional I am also committed to helping my community. I pledge to donate $100 of every closed transaction to a local charity of my clients choice at closing. This allows me to give back to my community and thank my customers for their business. I believe that buying or selling your home is about so much more than just the real estate, it’s about your life, your family and your dreams. I hope that I get a chance to turn those dreams into an address. |
